How to use PPSSPP Cheats on ALL GAMES? Using Cheat.db File

There are thousands of games available for Playstation Portable and you can all these games on different platforms such as Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux.

By using an emulator called PPSSPP you can play all the PSP games on different devices.

In today's post, I will share the process of adding cheats in all the Playstation Portable games that you are playing using the PPSSPP emulator app.

The good thing is that this one cheat file will work on all the PSP games because of thing you don't need to download multiple cheat files for each device.

Steps to Add PPSSPP Cheats

1. Download the Cheat File

One of the first step and most important step is to download the cheat.db file which is also known as a cheat file.

You can download the latest version of the cheat.db file from our site for free of cost.

2. Place the Cheat File in the PSP Folder

Once you have the latest cheat.db file, the next step is to place the file in the right location on your device.

The right place is to place the cheat.db file to Internal Device>PSP>Cheats.

Note: If you do not have a "cheats" folder then you can create a new one.

3. Enable the Cheat Option

By default, the cheat option is not enabled on the PPSSPP app, but you can easily enable it from the settings.

1. Open the PPSSPP app.
2. Go to the settings.
3. Then go to the System option.
4. Now scroll down and enable the Cheats option.
5. That's it now the cheat option is enabled.

4. Load and Use the Cheat File

To enable the cheat option first open the game in which you want to use cheat.

Now press the back button on your device, and click on the cheat option.

Click on the Browse option and select the cheat.db file which you just place on the PSP folder.

Now press the Import option to import all the cheats available for the current game.

Select the cheat you want to use during the gameplay and resume the game to see the cheat effects.

You can use cheats in all PSP games by following these steps. But sometimes, the cheats might not work. However, most of the time, they will work 99% of the time.
